Appointments and contact
Please do not call to book an appointment. Use our online booking service to secure an appointment instead. Using our online booking service is the fastest and easiest way to secure your preferred timeslot and to check my availability.
Hours
Clinic hours are typically between 8:30am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday. Some early morning and evening appointment times are available for those who require times outside of business hours. Use the online booking service to check for the availability of these appointments.
Counselling sessions typically last 55min.
Wait list
There is no wait list and no timeslots are held for clients. All available appointment times can be seen in our online booking service.
Note – Cancellations are automatically processed by our system, which makes previously booked appointment times available again. Our online booking service will show all appointments, including when there have been cancellations.
Cancellations
I understand that sometimes, cancellations are necessary. When an appointment is cancelled on short notice, it is unlikely that I will be able to fill your appointment timeslot, and that other clients will have lost an opportunity for an appointment.
Cancellations require as much advanced notice for a cancellation as possible. Refer to my cancellation policy for more details.
